Dear Maarten, Thank you for your constructive feedback, it is really helpful. I am so sorry to read here that you didn't have a great experience with my cupcakes. I always try to arrange everything and take every aspect into consideration when I am delivering my cakes/cupcakes (temperature, humidity, decoration elements, etc.). On your wedding day the temperature was 23°C, which means the cupcakes should have been fine for at least 6-10 hours at that temperature. The only dripping element is the salted caramel on top of the chocolate cupcakes, but I wasn't expecting that to be a problem, seeing as the cupcakes were moved to the stand by the restaurant staff shortly before serving. The edible flowers were handled correctly, they received a cold shower about an hour before delivery to ensure that they last. Taking everything into account, I think there are two options: 1. I don't know what the temperature was in the room where I had to leave the cupcakes, but I suppose that could be the main cause of these issues. Perhaps the heat from the previous day had stuck around, but I don't remember what the temperature in the room was that day unfortunately. 2. Maybe the cupcakes with the stand were placed in the sun: I had seen where the cupcakes were going to be placed and it seemed fine, but perhaps a few hours later the sun was shining there. If that is the case, then that is really bad for the buttercream. I know this doesn't help you anymore, I just keep trying to piece together the puzzle in my head so that it won't happen again in the future. In the 5 years I have been baking for weddings and other occasions, I have never had this problem before and I am very sorry that it happened on such a special and important day. Once again, I am very sorry for your negative experience and I hope you will accept the refund I am offering you via email (I am sending it shortly). Kind regards, Erika
