On June 25th my wife a I had our wedding day at this hotel. The preparations for the wedding were very clear and well organized. On both end it was clear what was expected and how the day would go. The hotel and staff definitely delivered on the day itself. The bride was able to check in early for the hair and make-up preparations. The bridal suite was all set-up for the preparations in the morning. The suite itself was beautiful and very luxurious. A separate room was prepared where the groom and the other male guests could prepare. We got married in the marriage room which is a beautifully decorated room where the ceremony was held. Music was on que and after the ceremony the cake and champagne were ready to be served on the balcony overlooking the garden and the staff helped a lot here with the cake and drinks. The dinner in the council hall was exquisite, the room and tables were beautifully decorated. The staff took into account all the speeches which were given and made sure that nothing was served at the time and that the food all was served in time. The dinner they prepared was unique and delicious and was enjoyed by all the guests, and ensured that all dietary restrictions were taken into consideration. The party at the end was all well prepared, the room was setup for dancing and relaxing so all the guests could do as they pleased. The food and drinks were very good and everybody had a great time. The staff made sure that this was a day to never forget and they succeeded! The quality of service shows in all that they do: thanks a lot Fabienne, Koen, Fleur and Arno! The attention to detail and anticipating every need we may have had took away a lot of the cares that we may have had on a day like this. We want to thank all at The Grand for the wonderful day and will make that we return for our anniversary.

The Grand is echt een TOP locatie. Vanaf het begin hebben wij met het event-team een goede klik gehad en dachten zij met elke stap mee. Voorafgaand hadden wij contact met Fleur en Nina en ik kan niet anders zeggen dan dat zij perfect werk leveren. Van het welkomstbord, tot de loper, de helium en ballonnen; alles mochten brengen en wij hoefden ons nergens zorgen om te maken. De dag zelf was ook perfect, het team stond voor al onze wensen klaar, Daan heeft echt gezorgd dat we onze fairytale wedding konden hebben! Ook de in-house florist 'The Floral Designers' is een aanrader, naast dat de communicatie met The Grand feilloos verliep hebben ze prachtige boeketten gemaakt. Het diner was 10/10, zo goed dat er twee dagen later nog steeds over werd gepraat! De locatie is prachtig en in hartje Amsterdam wat het ook heel leuk maakt om foto's te maken. Ik heb echt helemaal niets aan te merken op deze locatie en het geweldig hardwerkende team dat klaarstaat!

Ook in het midden van een pandemie is The Grand geweldig, even leek Corona roet in het eten te gooien maar dit team heeft ervoor gezorgd dat alles veilig op 1,5 meter kon plaatsvinden zonder dat wij het idee hadden dat onze bruiloft er onder leed.

Sofitel Legend The Grand heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen. We hebben een geweldige dag gehad, mede door Violet, Fleur, Daan en Cas. We hadden alles op dezelfde locatie, van ceremonie tot feest, en alles was werkelijk top geregeld. De communicatie van te voren verliep ook goed en tijdens de dag was niets teveel gevraagd. Met recht een TOP trouwlocatie te noemen!

Super professioneel en uitmuntende service. Wij hebben zowel trouwen, diner, feest en overnachting op deze locatie gedaan. Kan het iedereen van harte aanbevelen!
