Ervaringen met Hilton Rotterdam

Initially, communication with the event team was challenging, leading to several misunderstandings. However, after Nina took charge, the communication with the Hilton F&B team was improved, and they were able to meet our wishes effectively. The hotel staffs during the evening wedding event were super helpful and professional although the numbers of staffs are lower than expected. The dinner was great and delicious, and the guests enjoyed it. It would be great if the communication between the event team of the hotel and JAQ restaurant can be improved as there was some miscommunication between these teams happened particularly on the day of the event (Borrel).
