We ordered our cake somewhat short notice. But Maxie was very willing to accomodate our wishes and even went so far as to make an exception in the flavours. The cake itself was the most beautiful we and our guests ever saw and it tasted delicious. Would very highly recommend!

Onze trouwtaart was werkelijk fantastisch! Maxi begreep precies wat we wilden. Het ontwerp was ontzettend mooi en perfect afgestemd op mijn jurk.
Onze taart was niet alleen een lust voor het oog, maar ook een ware smaakbeleving. De smaken waren een verrassing voor onze gasten, die allemaal dol waren op de heerlijke combinatie van pistache, framboos en witte chocolade. Het was zonder twijfel het smakelijke hoogtepunt van onze grote dag. We zouden Maxi aan iedereen aanraden!

Maxie is very talented, passionate, and professional, we are so happy we found her!

We first ordered her wedding cake testing box and we already knew it was going to be a great experience. The flavours were very sophisticated, the samples where moist and not too sweet, and they came in a box packaged with care. We had tried other options but they were not as good as Maxie's, so we ordered the cake with her. Maxie and I exchanged a few emails about the design and the delivery, she always answered timely and made sure we were one the same page. You can also see she is very passionate about her job and that is always a great sign.

Then the cake... WHAT A CAKE! We wanted a design that included small daisies and she crafted them one by one, it was gorgeous and the design was exactly what we asked for! All my guests were impressed, and told me how delicious the cake was, or asked for a second slice. Even the ones who don't usually enjoy cakes loved it! I swear I have more pictures of the cake than of myself!

We recommend Maxie 100%

Oh my goodness - WHAT. A. CAKE!

We had such specific, awkward requirements. We wanted a BlackForest Cake, we wanted a wedding tower, we wanted it to reflect our personalities and hobbies

One thing about Maxie, she really really cares about her work. She went to great lengths to get everything arranged including contacting our reception location and convincing them to let her use their kitchen.

My wife and I like rock climbing, so Maxie made to marzipan rock climbers (that looked like us) ascending the side of the cake, where she had also used chocolate to create a mountain range appearance at the side

Once all our guests finally stopped taking pictures of it and we were ready to cut it, it was hands down one of the best blackforest cakes we've had. My wife is from the Blackforest, and is typically hard to please but we were both blown away

It was a great, fun, delicious additional to our wedding, and Maxie is such a professional. I can't recommend her work highly enough

Maxie is a true professional. Communication was quick and she took time to understand our wishes and what we were looking for. The flavours themselves were delicious and final outcome was stunning. She worked directly with our florist to create the perfect floral decoration for the cake. The only down point was that the cake was so good, there wasn't enough for people to have bigger slices or more, so definitely plan for generous-sized pieces vs small pieces, even if you have dessert on your day.

Maxi is the most talented pastry chef I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have never seen or tasted anything like her creations. Maxi's masterpieces are not only stunning to look at but also taste out of this world. She is amazing at balancing flavors and textures, crafting creations that leave a lasting impression.

We were fortunate enough to have Maxi create the cake and dessert buffet for our wedding day. My husband and I got married in the south of France, and Maxi's beautiful display was perfectly suited to the charming location. We asked her for a buffet-style selection of sweet treats, and she blew us away with her creativity, sophisticated designs, and brilliant flavors.

Our guests couldn't stop talking about Maxie’s creations, and we can't recommend Maxi enough.
