I'm Ana, a Brazilian architect based in the Netherlands. I specialise in authentic wedding planning, design and coordination for couples from around the world who have busy lives and want to fully enjoy their day.

Here is what that looks like:

• Full service planning, design and coordination, with me by your side from months before the wedding right through to the day itself
• A custom quote built around your needs after our first call, so you know exactly what to expect from the start
• A wedding design document that captures your vision in full and becomes the guide every vendor works from
• The full practical load handled for you: venue search, vendor coordination, budget tracking, a planning checklist made just for you and a detailed day schedule
• Me on site on the day, styling your ceremony and tables and keeping everything running exactly as planned
• Based in Den Haag, working across the Netherlands and happy to travel for a destination celebration elsewhere in Europe

It all starts with an introductory call. I want to understand who you are, what you're dreaming of and whether we are a good match. Based on that conversation I put together a custom quote tailored to your specific needs, so there are no surprises later.

Once we decide to work together, I'm with you every step of the way. We have regular monthly calls and meetings so you always have a clear picture of where things stand. You stay in control of every important decision, and I take care of everything in between.

My architecture background means I approach every wedding with a trained eye for design and a need for things to actually work. Early on I create your wedding design document, capturing the atmosphere, the styling of every moment, floorplans and layouts, dress code, flowers, stationery and more. This becomes the creative and logistical guide that every vendor works from, so nothing gets misunderstood and nothing gets missed.

From there I take care of the rest, so you can focus on the decisions that actually matter to you. On the day itself I'm on site to style the ceremony and tables, manage all vendors and make sure everything runs exactly as planned. Your guests can even reach me directly with practical questions, so you stay completely free to be present in the moment.

Whether you're planning a local celebration or dreaming of a destination wedding elsewhere in Europe, I'm happy to travel and make it happen.
